Take the Crosstown Expressway, exit at Falkenburg Rd., turn left onto Causeway Blvd., continue east (it becomes Lumsden Rd when you cross Kings Ave.), turn right onto Bryan Rd., turn right onto E. Bloomingdale Ave. The entrance to Bloomingdale Executive Park is approximately 25 yds. on the right.

From North Tampa:
Take I-75 South, exit on SR 60 (Brandon Blvd. East), turn right onto Lithia Pinecrest Rd., slight right onto Bryan Rd., turn right onto E. Bloomingdale Ave. The entrance to Bloomingdale Executive Park is approximately 25 yds. on the right.

As you enter the plaza, turn left. Dr. Sujansky's office is in the first building.
